We travelled with Al Amanah in 2024 and from the get go everything was very well organised and dealt with in a timely manner. The pre-travel process was clearly explained and all documents were easily obtained and forwarded without any issue. The seminar before leaving helped everyone understand what to expect and gave them the opportunity to meet others in the group. Throughout the trip, we had access to team leaders whether it was to ask about logistics or religious matters. This was very useful and provided a sense of unity amongst the group. All facilities were provided as promised with additional gifts given as kind gestures from the team. The residence and food in Aziziyah was good quality and were key in ensuring we were well rested for the Hajj days. We are very grateful to have had a smooth experience allowing us to focus on the spiritual aspect of Hajj without any worries. The group bonded like a large family and were very supportive in caring for one another. Nobody was every left behind and everybody’s needs were catered to. We would definitely recommend using Al Amanah for an enjoyable experience. Hajj is a once in a lifetime obligation and a person deserves a memorable and positive experience. Al Amanah go above and beyond. May Allah reward them for their efforts and give them the ability to assist many others in completing this obligation. Ameen.

We have had a very positive experience with this provider. Despite the bureaucratic hurdles, Sobia ensured that all aspects of the booking process were seamless for our family group. Al-Amana took personal responsibility for ensuring that everyone completed Hajj to their best of their abilities. Qari Makki Saab managed the whole operation brilliantly and with such passion to ensure that our experience wasn’t compromised in any way. Forever grateful. Sheikh Qaazi was exceptional. The seminars and the knowledge shared by Sheikh Qazi served to elevate our experience and give us a deeper understanding of the historical underpinnings and the significance of the Hajj rituals. The whole team was very responsive to our needs and available 24/7. It’s a family run business. The team went the extra mile throughout our journey which allowed us to focus on our Hajj responsibilities. Fantastic experience and highly recommended !

Alhamdulillah I was extremely pleased with the Hajj experience and how Al Amanah assisted with matters every step of the way. They made the process very smooth and were available for questions and assistance whenever needed. The facilities, residence, food and transport were all as promised and made our stay very comfortable. As a group everybody was taken care of well and bonded like a family. With the extreme weather conditions we were initially apprehensive of how we would cope but alhamdulillah each stage was made easy and we were able to fulfill our Hajj obligations. I would highly recommend using Al Amanah. Brother Makki and the team were exceptional and treated us all like family. They were very kind and respectful and went above and beyond to make this an experience for us to remember.

A very satisfying experience, with big thanks to Al-Amanah and their Team for providing high class advice and facilities from the early stages of planning to the completion of Hajj and return back home. The entire Al Amanah team were great in all aspects of managing the journey of a lifetime They were polite, courteous and helpful at all times which made the Hajj easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Al Amanah everytime and would not hesitate to go to other trips with them.

I have witnessed with my very own eyes how hard you and your whole team have worked, tirelessly, on and behind the scenes – to ensure everyone has spiritual and a blessed journey to which is a testament. I will not forget the littlest things you have done for us and went beyond -even when medical attention was needed for my mother. The special talks, ziayars and trips delivered continuous throughout the journey by the imams have been exceptional and not to mention – It is a first, that I have seen the multi-lingual imams you had through this journey to ensure everyone understood. There were no language barrier. I personally, whole heartedly would like to say thank you Qari makki sab , Sister Sobia, Brother Riaz, Brother Irfan/ Brother Sajjad Bhai, Hamad, Usman, and the whole of al Amanah team, for every little thing you have done to assist us throughout hajj, in order to make it easy and comfortable. Excellent umrah experience with al-amanah especially as we were travelling with young children. Very professional staff very caring. They ensured our journey was very smooth and hassle free. Anyone considering umrah with children I will definitely recommend using al Amanah.

First time performing Hajj with my mother. The service we received was excellent throughout. The staff are helpful and the group leaders were extremely knowledgeable. They provided drinks and water in abundance and we were advised throughout if any changes were made. I found all involved to be humble and caring.

Best Hajj experience is ever, Qarri Makki and Brother Irfan were the best tour guides we could have asked for. With so much knowledge and so much patience they dealt with our every need and were always around to help. They made our Hajj run so smoothly and every part of the Hajj experience was unforgettable.
