We are very thankful to the entire Al Amanah team. Alhamdullilah, they made our Hajj so easy that we did not face even a single issue. From our arrival in Makkah to our departure to London everything was very well planned and organised. There are many Hajj operators who commit several things and dont deliver but Al Amanah delivered not only the committed services but also things that were not even expected. I have never seen any Hajj operator working with such selfless devotion as Al Amanah team did. Specially, we are very thankful to Qari Makki and his whole family for their selfless and sincere support.

Jazakumullah Khair Al-Amanah for making our Hajj journey so memorable and faultless. Brother Makki and his wife always always helped us. I was worried for my sick sister, but they provided every single thing; and they, or one of their staff members, were available 24/7. Before our journey we were very worried about how my sister would be able to complete Hajj, but of course Allah provided us with the gem that is Al-Amanah, and Qari Makki and his wife made sure every ritual and every step went smoothly, providing my sister with everything to meet her special requirements. We were especially worried about Minah & Arafat, but they provided us with a special service; making it so simple, easy and comfortable for my sister. They guided us step by step so we could enjoy and reap the full benefits of Hajj; even providing us with frequent Islamic talks to help us learn about the history and meaning of Makkah, Madinah and Hajj itself. Just to say we were able to find this amazing Tour group through Shah International travel agent on Seven Kings High Road. Imam Shah Mizan-ul Haq from this travel agent was in charge of looking after our group and was very helpful. From beginning until end, he guided and helped us. I was recommended this group by 3 seperate people so decided to join Al Amanah on the Al Aqsa Tour Alhamdulillah the tour was very beneficial and most enjoyable Many thanks to Qari Muhammad Makki and Brother Fazal whose organisation of the tour was fantastic and as a result the tour went very smoothly with no problems Also a big thank you to Mufti Abdul Wahhab who provided spiritual and religion guidance and leadership at every stage of the tour All 3 have travelled to these lands many times between them so are very well experienced and know exactly what to do The tour guide (Avnee) we had in Israel and Jerusalem was very informative and provided a very interesting and unique perspective on the historic parts of the holy lands. This was a first full experience I have had with Al Almanah. I found this organisation indirectly from another similar entity. Wow. A wonderful, spiritual and informative journey. The expedition embarked on one roller coaster ride, through; ancient religious buildings and beautiful historical regions, right to the lowest point on earth, The Dead Sea. This, of course, the Al Aqsa tour. . It was very intense, with both spiritual and emotional highs. I can say, the experience was amazing and well delivered. I have been impressed with Al Almanah from a previous encounter.Therefore, I positively booked with Al Almanah from an intuitive and personal point of view. I would recommend Al Almanah if you want a quality, informative, productive tour. It is worth researching your options before committing. I am glad and fortunate, I had a previous chance experience, which impressed me to the point of considering Al Almanah as the ONLY choice.

Excellent service by Al Amanah team as always. This the was the fifth time we used their service. (5 umrahs & 1 hajj). Sister Sobia, Qari Makki & Aftab bhai in Makkah always go above and beyond and offer excellent flawless service to us. We travel in a group of 9 and they always give us best transport, visa service and accommodation. This year they even gave us complimentary Ziyarat in Madina for everyone. This is a very kind gesture. They arrange everything in a timely manner and keep us in their communication.

Did 2019 hajj with Qari Makki and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything he promised per specification was delivered. Makkah hotel, Wisam AT, was basic standard but service and food was 5 star. Hotel is also short walk to harram boundary. Qari Makki has an army of helpers and staff on hand throughout hajj, they always assist with a smile in any way you require and you never feel abondoned or left on your own. May allah bless them and Wari Makki.

I had been initially recommended to Al- Amanah by my brother who had already performed Umrah with them earlier this year. He had also gone to Alasqa and Islamic tours in Spain with the team. As health care professionals, my husband and I picked the short package because of work commitments. Upon reflection, I would like to say it was an amazing learning experience which has changed our lives. I feel Al-Amanah is a well organised team which is lead by Qari Makki. He has a fantastic team of people who are hard working and are passionate on each of their roles. From the beginning to through out and up to the end, the team have supported us. Although I had bombarded them with numerous questions, they never failed to answer my queries. I felt like I was in part of a family. On the beginning of the journey our Umrah was lead by brother Irfan who guided the whole team every step of the way and made sure none of us got lost during tawaf. I have fond memories of Isa holding the Al-Amanah bag with his right arm during the 7 tawafs so we didn’t get lost. Over the 5 days in Mina, the support and guidance we had from Qari Makki, brother Irfan, brother Asif has been excellent. Sister Sobia went numerous times out of her way to answer our queries and guide us though out our stay in Mina. Even in Muzdalifa, although being on open field, we felt safe the boss Qari Maki and his team surrounding our team during the night. It made me appreciate how well organised our team was as I observed other people from other groups turning up late through out the night. I shall never forget the amazing walk from Muzdalifah to Mina led by the wonderful brother Irfan, particularly praying Fajar on the bridge. Having Qari Makki and Dr. Ahmed spraying water on our faces to cool us down was also great in Jamarat over the next 3 days. Overall, I would like to thank Qari Makki, sister Sobia, brother Irfan on guiding us through out our journey that will change our lives. I shall try to implement everything we learnt over the last 2 weeks. I have learnt a lot from not just the team but also from the lovely people I have met during the two weeks. Saying goodbye to brother Ahmed at the airport was quite emotional. Yes it’s a long feedback and yes I can carry on but I feel the Al-Amanah team deserves it. On our medical and Dental field we do this FFT ( Friends and family test), that is would we recommend Al-Amanah to our friends and family? The answer would be yes.

What a beautiful journey masha’Allah! Just returned from Hajj 2019 with Al-Amanah Hajj and Umrah. Qari Makki and his whole team were absolutely amazing and we feel extremely blessed to have been part of this wonderful group. All our needs were taken care of throughout, and we can honestly not identify a single complaint, alhamdulillah. Islamic scholarship was of the highest standard (Shaykh Dr Haroon Sidat, Maulana Makki, Maulana Ataullah Khan and others). The travelling scholars were extremely approachable and available to us throughout to answer any Islamic queries we had! Living together in Aziziyah was truly being part of an extended family, where everyone took good care of one another. Al Amanah’s team were always available providing assistance. Whilst food is not a priority when one goes for Hajj, the food that was served was of the highest quality and always presented on time. Lastly, special praise and thanks to Qari Makki himself, who led from the ground. Qari saab is a true inspiration, and to top things up is absolutely hilarious! We cannot thank the team enough and pray Allah blesses and rewards them all abundantly. An absolutely wonderful journey of a lifetime, made extra special by Al-Amanah. My whole group seemed to share this same sentiment Jazakum’Allahu khayran. Look forward to travelling again with Al-Amanah in the future insha’Allah! Fasih and Shaina Khan
